British architectural firm Foster + Partners has introduced two new residential towers, Vela and Vela Viento, as part of the prestigious Marasi Bay project in Dubai. Developed by Omaniyat, these towers promise opulent waterfront living with direct access to the marina and waterfront promenade.

The Vela tower, spanning 30 stories and rising to 150 meters, offers a floor area of 272,860 square feet. Featuring 38 apartments, including penthouses and three- and four-bedroom homes, the tower boasts double-height living rooms, spacious private terraces, and L-shaped corner pools. Two central penthouses with 360-degree views of the city connect the tower's north and south sections, offering unparalleled luxury living.

Atop the Vela tower sits the crown jewel, a three-story Sky Palace that epitomizes luxury living in Marasi Bay. Complete with a private terrace offering unmatched city views and a private elevator lobby, the Sky Palace sets new standards for residential opulence.

Meanwhile, the Vela Viento tower stands 41 stories tall and offers breathtaking views of Downtown Dubai, the Burj Khalifa, and Marasi Bay. With 92 residences, including bridge apartments situated between the towers, Vela Viento provides a range of living options ranging from 2,000 to 9,730 square feet. Vela Viento, located across Marasi Drive, features a landscaped terrace, indoor-outdoor pool, and lounging spots on its podium, offering residents unparalleled views of the surroundings.

An amenity level located 100 meters up the tower provides panoramic views of the city and marina, featuring a double-height gym, sunset lounge, and terrace with an infinity pool. Evenden emphasized that this sky amenity serves as a focal point of the tower, providing a unique and luxurious experience for residents and guests alike.
