Six Senses and Select Group Unveil World's Tallest Residential Tower in Dubai Marina

Six Senses, in collaboration with Select Group, has announced the opening of their latest project, Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina, set to redefine luxury living in the heart of Dubai.

Upon completion, the 122-story tower will soar to an impressive height of 517 meters, making it the tallest residential building globally. Embracing the ethos of holistic wellness, the development aims to offer residents a complete lifestyle centered around happiness, well-being, and sustainability.

Comprising 251 residences, including half-floor penthouses, duplex and triplex Sky Mansions, and two-to four-bedroom deluxe homes, each dwelling is meticulously crafted to prioritize residential health and comfort. Unique features such as customized wellness wardrobes will be integrated into every residence.

The project's wellness-centric design extends to its amenities, which include fitness centers, an infinity pool, ice rooms, salt rooms, sound therapy rooms, massage facilities, and indoor and outdoor movie theaters. Additionally, a longevity clinic on the 109th floor will offer a range of services aimed at revitalization. Residents can also enjoy a landscaped social space dubbed the "Skydeck."

Rahail Aslam, Group CEO of Select Group, expressed the project's commitment to redefining luxury living with a strong focus on holistic well-being. He emphasized the meticulous attention to detail and the carefully curated range of amenities, promising residents an unparalleled lifestyle experience.

Six Senses Residences Dubai Marina is the result of a successful partnership between Select Group and Six Senses, following their collaboration on the acclaimed Six Senses Residences The Palm, Dubai, which marked Six Senses' inaugural standalone residential development.

The interiors will be designed by Mitchell & Eades, while Woods Bagot and WSP Middle East will spearhead the architectural aspects of the project. Energy & Space will provide design strategies focused on health and wellness.

With a projected handover in 2028, the development is currently 25 percent complete, signaling the exciting progress towards the realization of this iconic landmark in Dubai's skyline.
